1. Interview homeowner regarding any known pest issues since previous maintenance visit: Pests sited? H2O issues? Plans to remodel/landscape? Etc.
2. Inspect premises for pests, sources and conducive conditions: Live or dead specimens? Where coming from? What's causing them?
3. Identify any specimens, understand their biology and specific characteristics: What's their threat level? Health concerns? Food issues? Property threat?
4. Determine which, if any, treatment techniques to implement: Organic methods considered first, then Green before traditional services.

The Bi-Annual and Annual frequency service warrantees only the pest issues listed on your invoice at the time of your first service of the year. The E.O.M., Quarterly and Seasonal service frequencies include more common household pests than the Bi-Annual and Annual intervals.
