2. Pest Management? What happened to exterminator?
Extermination is an outdated term when applied to the controlling of pests, as it refers solely to killing something. While some pests need to be killed, other situations don't require that drastic of a step. For example, squirrels and opossums can be live trapped and relocated to a more appropriate environment.

Also, a lot of the work that today's pest management professionals conduct is consulting, inspections, prevention, monitoring, and the use of insect growth regulators and bioremediation, which is not about killing. Pest management is the more appropriate terminology describing the industry and the professionals who work in it.

8. How do you price jobs?
Most of the time you will receive an exact quote over the telephone after we ask you a few questions. If we'll need to see your specific situation before offering our price, we'll come out for free and give you a written quote before any work begins. 9. What is your warranty?
Most of our services come with the longest warranties available in professional pest management. You'll clearly see it stated on your invoice.
A high percentage of our work comes with a warranty lasting 6 months, and some as long as 1 full year!
A warranty implies the length of time that the company may return at no charge to the client in case some pests may remain after the initial service. The warranty will be explained to you either upon your initial telephone call, or at the very least before any work begins. The length of the warranty depends on a variety of factors such as the pest species, type of structure and whether the entire structure is to be serviced or just a portion. A high percentage of our work comes with a warranty lasting 6 months.
Clients who choose to be proactive with regularly scheduled maintenance services such as monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly prevention programs enjoy the peace-of-mind knowing that if a service call is needed between normal visits, there is no extra charge if it's a service we offer.

10. Do you offer services other than pest management?
No, we are solely engaged in professional pest management full-time.
In Autumn when the competition may be distracted with gutter cleaning, chimney sweeping or air duct cleaning, 'AAA' Pest Management is focused solely on managing pests. In Winter when the competition may be distracted with lock smithing, holiday decorating or snow plowing, 'AAA' Pest Management is focused solely on managing pests. In Spring when the competition may be distracted with lawn care, deck cleaning and radon testing, 'AAA' Pest Management is focused solely on managing pests. In Summer when the competition finally gets around to giving pest problems their full attention - 'AAA' Pest Management has been focused on giving pest problems their full attention all year long.
